Returns Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be in original condition
Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds, Exchanges & Gift Cards
Once your return is approved, you will be offered one of the following:
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Exchange for another item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit (gift card) for future purchases
All options are available provided the return meets our policy requirements.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Exchanges will be dispatched as soon as possible
  • Store credit will be issued via email
