- Be returned in the original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Gift CardsOnce your return is approved, you will be offered one of the following:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for another item (subject to availability)
- Store credit (gift card) for future purchases
All options are available provided the return meets our policy requirements.

- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

- Exchanges will be dispatched as soon as possible
- Store credit will be issued via email
